We can take the headache out of the arrangement and planning application side of things as we will liaison with the planning department and the building control department(Building Regs) directly as needed, we arrange all the site visits by the building inspector while the conversion is in progress at the required time they are needed.
Any amendments to plans or changes to drawings etc needed to keep up with the current building regs are done by us, you will always be kept up to date with what is happening during this process.
When the conversion is complete we make sure a final inspection by building regs is carried out and all paperwork such as the Part-P electrical certificate etc is submitted to ensure you receive a certificate from building regs which has to be included if you decide to sell your property in the future.
If you decide to do the planning side yourself or, use another company or chartered surveyor ets, then this is fine by us. We can just as easily work to any plans or design provided.
This service is extra on the overall cost of the conversion but as we are doing your conversion, we keep the cost as low as possible so are very competitive.
If you wish we can do all the planning side of things for you, this may involve the production of detailed plans, applying for planning permission and booking your local building inspector to make sure everything is within building regulations.
